What you’ll do

As a leader in our Gaming Services Technology (GST) team, you’ll be the driving force behind high-quality tech solutions that fuel our MAX business. More than a people manager, you’ll be a mentor, strategist, and hands-on problem solver who inspires your team to innovate, automate, and continuously improve.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a cross-functional GST team of approximately 7-9 people – building capability, confidence, and careers.
  • Drive delivery excellence: from product roadmaps to enhancements, incidents, and everything in between.
  • Champion continuous improvement, automation, and agile ways of working.
  • Keep product and platform health front-and-centre, resolving root causes – not just symptoms.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritise work, manage risk, and deliver on big initiatives.
  • Create a culture of inclusivity, growth mindset, and courageous conversations.
  • Ensure our products meet industry standards, security controls, and compliance obligations.
