Your role, your impact
In this newly created role, you’ll help transform data into commercial action. You’ll uncover trends, challenge assumptions, and partner with stakeholders across the business to improve performance and support strategic decisions.
To give you a further sense of the role, some of the responsibilities will be to;
Analyse trends across wagering products, services and customer segments
Identify opportunities and recommend commercially sound actions
Build dashboards that support faster business decisions
Partner with teams across customer, legal, finance, marketing and product to enhance business outcomes and inform strategic planning
Track performance against targets and highlight risks
Present insights that influence commercial priorities
Provide insights that help to modernise and progress regulatory reform initiatives
Establish and maintain KPIs to measure commercial effectiveness and contribute to defining target markets, customer segments and value propositions
What you'll need to succeed
You’re naturally curious and enjoy digging deeper to understand the story behind the numbers. You balance analytical thinking with strong communication skills and can turn complex information into practical recommendations.

Experienced in commercial financial or business analysis
Strong capability translating data into actionable insights
Ability to identify patterns risks and opportunities
Proven ability influencing stakeholders through clear recommendations
Experienced using data visualisation and analytical tools
Ability to balance detail with broader commercial thinking
