You’ll play a key role in strengthening how Tabcorp identifies, assesses, and responds to customer risk, while uplifting investigation quality, team capability, and operational performance.
Your role
Reporting to the Head of Financial Crime Operations, you’ll lead a team focused on enhanced customer due diligence investigations, complex customer risk assessments, and relationship recommendations. You’ll set clear standards, support evidence-based decision-making, and drive improvements that strengthen how we manage financial crime risk.
