We have an exciting 12 month opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our team in Brisbane. 

What you’ll do 

Create and execute marketing campaigns that aim to acquire and retain customers, deliver a positive customer experience, improve engagement and deliver a positive return on investment (ROI) in dedicated area of focus.

  • Provide input and take ownership of the creation, execution and administration of key brand, sport, product and retail marketing campaigns that deliver positive customer experience, engagement and ROI.
  • Work collaboratively with internal Marketing teams to support the execution of campaign activities and to ensure campaign alignment and efficiency.
  • Support comprehensive post implementation reviews of all campaigns working collaboratively across the organisation to ensure there is continuous improvement.
  • Engage with external agencies, external media and sports partnerships as well as sports teams/organisations to plan and deliver campaigns while ensuring optimal value for Tabcorp. 
  • Build and maintain effective internal relationships with key stakeholders and partners to optimise business performance.
  • Provide administration support to Brand, Marketing & Content team(s) as required.
  • Ensure compliance with Tabcorp’s Risk and Compliance Framework as directed.
  • As required, manage the delivery of marketing material for the relevant marketing platform. Ensure content is compliant, up-to-date, and communicated to retail stakeholders. Provide monthly reporting on usage and continually optimise based on data.

What you’ll bring

  • Tertiary qualified in marketing or related business discipline desirable.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or a similar role.
  •  Experience working with external media and creative partners to activate campaigns.
  •  Sport and/or Racing industry knowledge desirable.
  •  Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite essential.
  •  Excellent attention to detail.
  •  Solid experience of multi-tasking and supporting multiple projects at the same time.
  •  Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. ·
  • High energy with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the needs associated with working in an industry with significant regulatory constraints essential.
