As an Operational Support Engineer, you’ll help support the digital platforms behind TAB and Tabcorp’s wagering and media experiences. This role exists to keep critical systems reliable, responsive and available while contributing to continuous improvement across a fast-paced technology environment. You’ll join a collaborative team where your problem-solving skills make a genuine difference every day.

Your role, your impact

Reporting into a technology leader, you’ll provide operational support for critical wagering platforms and digital services. Your work will help maintain system performance, minimise disruption and support great customer experiences.

• Support wagering platforms and digital tools used daily
• Investigate and resolve software and hardware incidents quickly
• Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues
• Work with technology teams to improve platform stability
• Document incidents, fixes and support processes clearly
• Contribute to emerging technology and improvement initiatives
• This role includes participation in an on-call support roster outside standard working hours

What you'll need to succeed

You enjoy solving problems, working collaboratively and keeping technology running at its best. We’d love to see practical technical capability combined with strong communication and a customer-focused mindset.

• Experience supporting business-critical digital platforms
• Strong capability in troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Ability to prioritise incidents in fast-paced environments
• Collaborative approach across technical and non-technical teams
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and support systems
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain gaming licences required for the position
