About the Role

We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our Commercial Operations Team and support our Max brand. Max Technical Services provides fully managed, end-to-end technical support services across the hospitality and gaming industries.  In your role you'll join a dynamic team at the forefront of gaming services! You'll manage and grow relationships with key external customers, optimising strategic and commercial opportunities while delivering exceptional service. This role, based in Melbourne, leads a small and dedicated national team and offers the chance to contribute to a sustainable, high-performing business built on technical excellence.

Specifiically, you will:

  • build and maintain strong partnerships with external customers and internal teams, fostering trust and collaboration;
  • act as the primary liaison for MAX customers, managing key relationships and coordinating the delivery of services; 
  • align Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customer needs, budgets, and performance goals;
  • proactively manage customer expectations through timely reporting, insights, and communication;
  • identify and document policies to streamline processes and ensure clarity for MAX customers;
  • support strategic projects and contribute to long-term commercial development.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will be an accomplished leader, a passionate relationship builder and possess a proven track record in customer success which ideally you’ve developed in the hospitality or similar industries. You will possess:

  • proven business acumen and analytical skills; 
  • excellent relationship management expertise and exceptional communication, including negotiation and influencing skills.
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
  • strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and achieve results.
  • experience in regulated industries and familiarity with compliance requirements.
  • tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce or relevant industry experience.
