Step into a role where your skills power the excitement of live racing broadcasts. As part of the Sky Racing production team, you’ll be right where the action happens, working across race tracks and broadcast hubs to deliver seamless, high-quality coverage to audiences across Australia and beyond.

How you'll be part of the action

Reporting to the Production Lead, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering live broadcast events. You’ll operate production equipment, collaborate with on-course and hub teams, and ensure every moment reaches viewers with clarity and precision.

• Operate and troubleshoot broadcast equipment during live racing and studio events
• Set up cameras, audio, and on-course systems across race day environments
• Collaborate with hub and field teams to deliver seamless live transmissions
• Provide real-time technical support, resolving issues under live broadcast pressure
• Maintain equipment standards and report faults to ensure ongoing reliability
• Support team capability by sharing knowledge and assisting new team members

What you'll need to succeed

You’re a calm, capable operator who thrives in live environments. You enjoy working as part of a team, adapt quickly to change, and bring a strong technical foundation to every broadcast you touch.

• Proven ability operating broadcast equipment across camera, audio, or vision systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills in fast-paced, time-critical live production environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and on-course staff
• Adaptable approach to changing schedules, locations, and live event demands
• Willingness to work varied hours including weekends and major event days
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and equipment care
