Your role, your impact

  • Lead the stabilisation and end‑to‑end delivery of a complex, business‑led work management program, progressing a phased national rollout with clear ownership, milestones and governance.
  • Align senior business, operational and technology stakeholders, constructively challenging and negotiating priorities to converge on agreed outcomes, sequencing and readiness.
  • Own delivery planning, governance and reporting, maintaining clear plans, RAID and benefits tracking to ensure outcomes are delivered to agreed time, quality and budget.
  • Manage vendors and integration activities to agreed outcomes, delivering improved scheduling, mobility and operational capability through effective integration of vendor and in‑house platforms.
  • Drive strong commercial and value management, overseeing budgets, cost control, capitalisation and benefits realisation across long‑running, high‑profile programs.
  • Act as a visible, purpose‑led leader on the ground, clearly articulating risks and mitigations, lifting delivery maturity and maintaining a strong customer‑first, continuous‑improvement mindset.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience influencing and aligning senior executives in complex environments, providing clear, evidence‑based challenge and navigating governance and escalation pathways to maintain momentum.
  • Demonstrated success stabilising complex or under‑performing programs, re‑establishing clarity, control and stakeholder confidence.
  • Strong track record building and sustaining trusted relationships across business, operations, vendors and technology teams, aligning competing priorities into a single executable plan.
  • Experience operating effectively in high‑pressure, high‑tempo environments, maintaining composure, clear communication and delivery focus amid change.
  • Practical understanding of contemporary delivery and agile practices, applied pragmatically to business‑led, operational technology programs.
