As Trade Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful trade marketing initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, support commercial growth and enhance the customer experience. Working within a high-performing Trade Engagement and Communications team, you'll help turn strategy into action through coordinated campaigns, engaging content and seamless event delivery.

 

Your impact

Reporting to the Trade Engagement and Communications Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating and executing trade marketing activities that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales effectiveness. Working closely with internal stakeholders, sales teams and external partners, you'll ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand and with measurable results.

  • Coordinate the delivery of integrated trade marketing campaigns across digital, event and partner channels.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, sales support materials, presentations and customer communications.
  • Support the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows and customer engagement activities, managing timelines, suppliers and logistics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product offerings and strategic priorities into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging.
  • Assist with marketing planning, campaign tracking, reporting and budget administration to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all trade marketing touchpoints, ensuring assets and communications align with brand guidelines.
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to enable successful campaign and event delivery.

 

What you'll need to succeed

You're a highly organised and proactive marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities and bringing campaigns to life. You have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences for customers and stakeholders.

  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, projects or events across multiple channels and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong capability in developing presentations, marketing materials, sales tools and customer communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into engaging content.
  • Outstanding organisational and project coordination skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms, social media channels and content management processes.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams and with external suppliers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing coordination tools, with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn.
