We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to provide leadership and day-to-day management to our team, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery within scope while championing agile practices. This role is critical to driving digital projects that prioritise player safety, requiring a blend of technical expertise, agile proficiency, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage teams to deliver digital projects on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards using agile methodologies.
  • Guide teams in shaping ideas and concepts into actionable requirements, solution definitions, build, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles in a structured environment, aligning with governance approaches and tools.
  • Navigate ambiguity and uncertainty using scenario planning and robust risk management strategies.
  • Foster and sustain robust stakeholder relationships by utilising effective communication, documentation, and proactive issues management to ensure successful product delivery and fulfilment of defined outcomes, benefits, and commitments.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Delivery Lead or Senior Project Manager leading digital projects using agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead teams through the full project lifecycle, from ideation to implementation.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, UX/UI principles, and industry best practices.
  • Experience managing project teams to achieve agreed outcomes within governance and agile frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Project Management or Agile certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe).
  • Strong knowledge of Jira for project tracking and management.
  • Experience with Risk & Compliance-related projects highly regarded.
