What You’ll Do

Join a future-focused team where you’ll collaborate with P&C partners and business leaders to shape and deliver high-impact people strategies across Tabcorp. You’ll be hands-on, strategic, and solutions-driven, helping our leaders and teams thrive.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline .and enhance people processes, then design and deliver smart, practical solutions
  • Drive group-wide and tailored portfolio initiatives—from engagement and performance to succession planning.
  • Provide pragmatic, generalist HR advice across performance, reward, wellbeing, capability and talent acquisition.
  • Support leaders in resolving workplace issues, including leading investigations where needed.
  • Interpret Awards and EAs, managing industrial risks with confidence.
  • Turn data into decisions—analyse people metrics to deliver meaningful insights to leaders.
  • Partner with P&C Ops to maintain data accuracy and resolve employee queries.
  • Collaborate with our Reward team to conduct market benchmarking and ensure competitive out.

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in progressive, people-first organisations.
  • A knack for HR systems and tools, and confidence using them.
  • Broad generalist HR knowledge with hands-on experience in policy, performance, reward, wellbeing, and more.
  • Sound understanding of employment law, Fair Work Act, NES, Modern Awards and EAs.
  • Experience managing and resolving workplace matters.
  • Strong analytical chops—able to translate complex data into simple insights.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence.
  • A consistent track record of adding value through every interaction.
  • Bonus: Experience in Wagering, Media, Retail or Gaming sectors.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
