About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join our Commercial Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance – Technology & Corporate, you’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders providing trusted analysis and strategic decision support that directly influences business performance across corporate teams. This is a hands-on role where you will:

• Deliver monthly financial results, reporting, and end-of-year processes
• Lead budgeting and forecasting
• Engage and support senior decision-makers to provide insight and guidance on costs
• Oversee labour models, reporting and recruitment governance\
• Ensure material corporate costs are accurately tracked and accounted for
• Champion process improvement and leverage new ERP capabilities
• Support business cases, commercial modelling, and ad hoc strategic analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standard

About You

You’re a commercially savvy and confident finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, stakeholder-rich environment. You bring both technical accounting acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to influence decision-making at a senior level.

You’ll also bring:

• CA/CPA qualification with proven experience in a complex business or corporate environments
• Proven experience in business partnering and stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to insight generation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present financial information
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
• A natural curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
