As our Senior Manager of Analytics, you’ll be at the heart of critical business decision-making. You’ll lead a talented team of analysts and partner with stakeholders across the business to solve big problems, surface bold insights, and turn data into action that drives real results.

• Setting the vision: Build and drive the analytics strategy aligned to key business goals
• Leading from the front: Inspire and guide a high-performing team of analysts
• Solving real problems: Partner with stakeholders to deliver insights that matter
• Telling the story: Turn data into decisions through compelling storytelling and visualisation
• Being the bridge: Translate between technical and non-technical teams
• Driving innovation: Promote self-serve data tools and embed a culture of data-driven thinking
• Making an impact: Influence outcomes across marketing, product, finance, retail and beyond

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years leading strategic analytics functions or engagements
• A sharp, strategic mind and a passion for using data to make a difference
• Proven leadership experience—you're someone others look up to
• A knack for storytelling—able to turn insights into influence
• Advanced analytical skills with a strong foundation in data modelling and visualisation
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in or with regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Stats, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong business acumen and the confidence to challenge and inspire
• Experience with data governance, operations, and compliance frameworks
• A customer-first mindset and a hunger for continuous improvement
