Why this role matters

Tabcorp operates across retail networks, digital platforms and live racing and wagering environments, where disruption can quickly affect customers and critical operations. As BCP Manager, you’ll lead the program that helps teams identify what matters most, prepare for disruption and recover effectively. You’ll work across the business to turn continuity plans into a practical, tested capability.

Your role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Policy, Governance & BCP, you’ll own Tabcorp’s business continuity program and help strengthen its broader approach to operational resilience. You will:

• Maintain and improve the Group’s business continuity framework, policies and plans.
• Partner with leaders to identify critical processes, assess the impact of disruption and develop practical continuity plans.
• Design and run exercises, simulations and workshops to test plans and identify gaps.
• Advise and train business teams on continuity planning, working with Technology on disaster recovery dependencies.
• Track actions, analyse program data and report on readiness, testing outcomes and areas for improvement.
• Work across risk, technology and operations to strengthen how Tabcorp prepares for and responds to disruption.

What you’ll need to succeed

You’re a business continuity professional who can turn plans and frameworks into practical action. You build strong relationships, ask useful questions and help stakeholders make sound decisions when priorities compete. You’ll bring:

• Experience developing and improving business continuity programs.
• An understanding of disaster recovery and how it connects with business continuity planning.
• Experience conducting business impact assessments and developing continuity plans.
• Confidence facilitating workshops, exercises and discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn findings into clear recommendations.
• Sound knowledge of business continuity standards and good practice.
