Your role, your impact

You will work across business and technology teams to understand how retail compliance processes operate today and help shape how they evolve in future. You will support a retail compliance stream focused on process digitisation, governance, reporting and facial recognition technology, translating operational and regulatory requirements into practical technical solutions.

• Map end-to-end retail compliance processes across venue operations
• Facilitate workshops with compliance, legal and technology teams
• Document current and future-state processes and requirements
• Analyse activities against regulatory obligations across jurisdictions
• Partner with vendors to support technical solution design
• Produce governance, compliance and technical delivery documentation

What you'll need to succeed

You are naturally curious, detail-oriented and comfortable working across complex stakeholder groups. You enjoy unpacking intricate processes, connecting business and technology needs, and presenting clear recommendations that drive better outcomes.

• Experienced in business analysis within complex regulated environments
• Strong capability documenting detailed process maps and requirements
• Ability to facilitate workshops and influence stakeholders
• Understanding of compliance, governance or regulatory frameworks
• Experience translating business needs into technical specifications
• Exposure to vendors and enterprise technology delivery environments
• Knowledge of privacy or compliance obligations is advantageous
