About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relations Manager to join us. In this critical role you’ll join our Commercial Operations Team and support our Max brand. Max provides cutting-edge technology, support, and governance for wagering solutions that are installed within our client’s venues (pubs, clubs, etc). In your role you will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with our MAX customers. Specifiically, you will:

  • develop and manage strong relationships with current and potential MAX Gaming customers;
  • maximize strategic and commercial opportunities while delivering outstanding customer service;
  • negotiate and renew commercially viable customer agreements
  • partner with our Technical Services, Gaming Operations, and Regulatory teams to provide effective solutions;
  • identify new products and services that enhance business performance and drive revenue growth; and
  • help identify key risks and opportunities with customers.

The role requires consistent travel around the state and, as required, in Victoria and the Northern Territory.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will be a passionate relationship builder with a proven track record in customer success which ideally you’ve developed in the hospitality or similar industries. You will also be:

  • a skilled negotiator with a talent for securing mutually beneficial agreements.
  • a strategic thinker who identifies and capitalizes on growth opportunities.
  • a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • an analytical professional with experience in commercial development; and
  • comfortable working within a regulated industry.
