What you’ll do

As a Senior member of our national Investigation team, you’ll be leading a small team in NSW, working across all aspects of our business to provide investigative services internally and externally across matters involving potential non-compliance (by Tabcorp staff, agents, licensees and/or franchisees). The team will effectively manage all legal and regulatory requirements, internal policies / codes of conduct, and matters raised through Whistleblower channels. 

You'll have strong experience as both an investigator and a leader, who has experience in a business-related role compiling briefs of evidence and presenting them to regulators and/or police. 

Intra and Interstate travel may be required from time to time.

  • Demonstrated understanding of a complex regulative / legislative environment
  • A focus on quality, compliance, and legislative process
  • Experience with external regulators and / or law enforcement
