What You'll Do

As a key member of the Reward team, you'll be a go-to expert for both the team and the wider People & Culture function at Tabcorp. Your role involves partnering with business units to optimise performance and remuneration outcomes, managing key cycles, and enhancing employee experience.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their goals and provide performance and reward advice.
  • Working with the General Manager Reward, playing a vital role in delivering reward and performance initiatives within projects.
  • Contributing to the design and enhancement of remuneration and performance frameworks.
  • Creating materials to help board, management and employees understand new or updated plans.

What You'll Bring

  • >5 years experience within all areas of a remuneration function including managing and running the annual cycles and variable incentive plans.
  • Extensive experience planning and executing annual remuneration cycles.
  • Executive remuneration and board experience will be highly regarded.
