Why this role matters

Ever wondered how data can transform decisions? This role is your chance to make it happen. Join a small, high-impact insights team building a Data Hub that powers strategic plans across our MAXOne business. Your insights will directly influence major decisions in a fast-paced, exciting industry. We’re looking for someone capable, competent, and inquisitive — ready to turn complexity into clarity and deliver elevated reporting that drives performance.

Purpose: Enable data driven decisions by transforming information into actionable insights that empower confident, strategic action.

Vision: Clarity from complexity, bringing structure to data so the path forward is clear and actionable.

Mission: Approach challenges with confidence, curiosity, and conviction, driven by purpose and a passion for uncovering insights.

Your role in action

Reporting into a data leader, you’ll collaborate across the business to deliver insights that shape strategy, reduce reporting time, and enable confident decisions. You’ll provide performance and customer reporting, manage competing priorities, and keep a strong focus on delivery while ensuring reporting is elevated and impactful.

  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends and optimise processes.
  • Clean, transform, and validate data for accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and communicate insights effectively.
  • Provide performance and customer metrics that inform strategic decisions.
  • Build predictive models to improve forecasting and planning.
  • Operate in line with data governance and continuous improvement practices.

What you'll need to succeed

You’re curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning complexity into clarity. You thrive in collaboration, communicate insights with confidence, and balance competing priorities without losing focus on delivery.

  • Significant experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields.
  • Proven capability with structured query language tools and Python for data transformation.
  • Strong proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for visualisation and analysis.
  • Ability to design extract, transform, load processes and apply statistical modelling.
  • Clear communicator with collaboration, presentation, and attention to detail strengths.
  • Familiarity with data governance; exposure to artificial intelligence and machine learning.
