What you’ll do

We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact technology initiatives across our Gaming Services platforms. You’ll be the key driver of project delivery, working with senior leaders, regulators, and cross-functional teams to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Own project planning, risk management, compliance and delivery controls.
• Engage confidently with regulators, General Managers and stakeholders to align priorities and articulate business impact.
• Champion continuous improvement, agile practices and contemporary delivery approaches.
• Support strategic decision-making through governance, resource planning, and financial oversight.
• Foster a culture of positivity, agility and accountability across your teams.
• Influence and guide project teams while acting as a mentor and delivery expert.

What you’ll bring

• 9+ years managing tech projects in enterprise or regulated settings.
• Strength in risk management, project governance, and stakeholder reporting.
• Confident communicator who builds trust with executives, delivery partners and regulators.
• Proven leadership in high-tempo environments with a focus on quality and commercial outcomes.
• Agile delivery experience and a passion for driving innovation.
• A positive, business-aligned mindset with the ability to energise teams and lead through change.
• Accredited tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (preferred)
• Professional certifications in Project Management
