How You’ll Be Part of the Action 

Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing, you’ll work side by side with operational leaders to bring safety and wellbeing to life. You’ll influence decisions, build capability, and help teams feel confident and empowered. Your work will make a visible difference - safer workplaces, stronger culture, and a proactive approach to wellbeing. 

What You’ll Do 

• Collaborate with leaders to embed health, safety and wellbeing into everyday business practices 

• Help teams identify and manage risks, physical and psychosocial so everyone feels safe and supported 

• Coach and guide leaders to build confidence and capability in creating a positive safety culture 

• Support investigations and continuous improvement initiatives that make work better for everyone 

• Share insights and advice that turn compliance into practical, people-focused solutions
