What you'll be doing

• Responding to technical requests and incidents, keeping things running smoothly and within SLA
• Delivering enhancements and fixing bugs to improve user experience
• Troubleshooting technical issues with an engineering mindset
• Collaborating in agile ceremonies like standups, retrospectives, and product demos
• Supporting deployments and contributing to modernisation projects

What you’ll bring

• Experience working within a software team (1 year+)
• Enthusiasm to learn, solve problems and ability to take direction from your senior team members 
• Self-reliance and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• SQL, .NET, C# and C++ programming language experience
• AWS experience highly desirable
• An interest in Cloud services development and RESTful APIs
• Experience with scripting
• Familiarity with technical solutions and commercial models within tech
• A knowledge of Electronic Gaming Machines and entertainment industries advantageous
