What you’ll do

Join us as Senior Manager, Program and Product Operations to lead end-to-end product and program planning across our wagering business. In this high-impact role, you’ll own the roadmap from discovery to launch, driving operational excellence across multiple digital product lines. With deep commercial acumen and strong cross-functional leadership, you’ll be at the heart of our transformation journey.

You’ll oversee planning, delivery, and optimisation of high-priority product initiatives. Acting as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, you'll manage product lifecycles, launch planning, and team alignment across multiple business units. This role is perfect for a strategic operator with a digital background and a passion for driving impact at scale.

What you’ll bring

  • Strategic Program Leadership: Proven experience managing complex programs and product roadmaps, with the ability to balance long-term vision with tactical delivery.

  • Digital & Product Lifecycle Expertise: Deep experience across B2C digital environments—ideally in financial services, wagering, or related fields—covering discovery through to go-to-market execution.

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, product principles, customer behavior, and industry risk—plus the commercial savvy to turn insights into action.

  • Process & Analytical Strength: Skilled in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), KPI-driven & data-based decision-making, and identifying opportunities to streamline product operations.

  • Influence & Change Leadership: A natural influencer with the ability to engage and align senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and drive organisational change with confidence.
