As Senior Manager, Product Discovery, this is a high-impact, visionary role for someone who blends commercial strategy with human-centered design—who asks “why?” before “how?” and thrives in ambiguity.

What you’ll do

You’ll sit at the front end of innovation—envisioning, defining, and validating the future of wagering products. This is a strategic, discovery-focused role where you’ll explore new opportunities, craft business cases, and bring clarity to the “why” before delivery begins. With a customer-first mindset and a strong commercial lens, you’ll lead design-led innovation from idea to validated concept—then hand over to execution teams to scale.

Rally the team in identifying unmet customer needs, scoping early-stage product opportunities, and validating new concepts before they enter development. Leading a small, agile team, you’ll influence a wide network across the business to embed a culture of innovation and insight-led decision making.

What you’ll bring

  • Strategic Discovery Leadership: Proven experience leading product ideation and innovation strategy, with a strong focus on business value, customer needs, and commercial outcomes.

  • Human-Centered Design & Research: Deep expertise in applying design thinking, customer research, and systems thinking to uncover insights and shape compelling product opportunities.

  • Commercial & Analytical Mindset: Skilled in balancing value vs cost vs feasibility—crafting business cases and articulating benefits, timelines, and risks to senior stakeholders.

  •  Innovation Culture Champion: Track record of embedding discovery practices, leading cross-functional collaboration, and influencing teams to think differently and experiment early.

  • Agile & Early-Stage Development: Experience working with Agile, Lean Startup, and iterative prototyping methods to test, learn, and de-risk new ideas before scaling.
