As Operations Performance & Optimisation Lead – Financial Crime Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in lifting operational performance across our Financial Crime Operations team — turning data, process improvement, and smart ways of working into real, sustainable impact.

You’ll work closely with a highly engaged risk and operations team to lead performance optimisation initiatives that strengthen how Financial Crime Operations delivers day-to-day outcomes, now and into the future. Specifically, you will:

• Lead operational improvement initiatives across workflows, case management, and reporting
• Drive data-led insights through dashboards, scorecards, and performance analysis
• Optimise investigation and escalation processes to improve turnaround times and efficiency
• Partner with technology teams to support automation and system enhancements
• Create clear performance reporting for senior leaders to support informed decisions
• Embed sustainable change into business-as-usual operations through strong change management

What You’ll Bring

You bring a practical, analytical mindset and the confidence to turn insight into action — working collaboratively to lift performance across teams. You’ll also possess:

• Experience in operational performance, process improvement, or business optimisation
• Proven ability to analyse operational and transaction data to drive improvement
• Strong capability in advanced Excel and data-driven reporting
• Comfortable using data query or reporting tools to extract and interpret insights
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and embedding change
• Clear, confident communicator who builds trust with stakeholders at all levels
