As a Racetrack Team Lead within our Oncourse team, you will be at the centre of delivering seamless race meeting operations, supporting teams on the ground and creating outstanding experiences for customers, clubs and stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where no two days are the same.
How you'll be part of the action
Reporting to the State Manager, you will lead the delivery of race day operations across assigned venues, ensuring every meeting is safe, compliant, customer-focused and ready for action. Your leadership will help teams perform at their best while supporting the success of key Oncourse initiatives.
