What You’ll Do

As our Service Delivery Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across Gaming Services—acting as the bridge between operational teams, stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams. You’ll help shape a digital, customer-first, data-led environment by driving service reliability, stability, and continual improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning service delivery operations across Gaming Services to ensure system stability, SLA/OLA compliance, and performance optimisation.

  • Leading the end-to-end management of incidents, problems, and changes, ensuring minimal disruption and fast recovery.

  • Championing and delivering a Service Improvement Plan, using meaningful metrics and dashboards to guide decision-making and uplift service offerings.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to strategic objectives, identifying and acting on opportunities to add value.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point, maintaining strong relationships with business units, vendors, and technology stakeholders.

  • Fostering a high-performing team culture focused on operational excellence, agility, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

We're looking for a digitally savvy, service-oriented leader with a strong operational mindset and a passion for enabling high-quality service delivery in complex environments.

Leadership & Mindset

  • A proactive, customer-obsessed mindset with a proven ability to influence and build trust across teams.

  • Strong leadership in fast-paced, data-driven, highly regulated environments.

  • A passion for team performance, continuous improvement, and driving employee engagement.

Technical & Operational Expertise

  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale, complex service environments, including public cloud and hybrid platforms.

  • Expertise in ITSM practices and frameworks (especially ITIL), including change, incident, and problem management.

  • Demonstrated success in driving improvement initiatives, promoting quality assurance, and uplifting ways of working.

  • Proven ability to deliver meaningful reporting insights to stakeholders and use data to drive service strategy.

  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools, SLAs, OLAs, and vendor management.

  • 3+ years in Service Delivery or Operations leadership roles.
  • Bonus Points for experience in gaming, gambling, or entertainment industries (advantageous).

What you’ll get

  • Diverse leave options: bonus leave of 5 days annually, cultural, volunteer, and 18-weeks parental leave.

  • Access to corporate discounts and our leading health and wellbeing app.

  • Monthly employee social activities, competitions, awards and free tickets to events.
