Your role will be hands on, to assist the Software Engineer Team develop and deliver high quality software products and services to our customers.  You're curious, love learning and have a passion for systems and how tech works.

What you'll be doing

• Resolving incidents and requests assigned to the Product Support queue and ensure all are actioned within the SLAs and are documented correctly within the system
• Delivering enhancements and bug fixes
• Troubleshooting & supporting technical problems with an engineering lens
• Actively participating in workshops, standups, product demonstrations and retrospectives 
• Working with the team on modernisation, deployments & delivery projects 

What you’ll bring

• Experience working within a software team (1 year+)
• Enthusiasm to learn, solve problems and ability to take direction from your senior team members 
• Self-reliance and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Some SQL, .NET, C# and C++ programming language experience
• Some scripting, IAC and CI/CD exposure is desirable
• An interest in Cloud services development
• Familiarity with technical solutions and commercial models within tech
• A knowledge of Electronic Gaming Machines and entertainment industries advantageous
