As a Senior Project Manager you will deliver the optimisation of our new contact centre technology, in this 6-month daily rate contract.

Step into a high-impact role as a Senior Project Manager, driving the delivery of new features in our upgraded contact centre systems. You will also be required to write business cases to secure funding for these implementations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear, consistent communication on project progress.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and vendors to ensure efficient execution and cost control.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project stability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project processes and mentor team members to foster high performance.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering contact centre technology related projects.
  • Demonstrated experience writing business cases to secure funding approval.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
  • Expertise in project governance, vendor management, and navigating complex organisational landscapes.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery, change management, and enterprise transformation best practices.
