As a Business Partnership Manager, you’ll be the face of MAX in your region, fueling performance and revenue by forging strong relationships with pubs, clubs, and hospitality venues. You’ll own the end-to-end partnership journey: from winning new business and re-signing existing customers to delivering innovative solutions that keep venues thriving.

What you’ll do

  • Be the trusted partner for venue owners and managers, building relationships that last.
  • Grow the region by identifying new opportunities and converting them into wins.
  • Lead negotiations to secure re-signs and deliver mutually rewarding outcomes.
  • Champion gaming excellence - optimising machine configurations and promotional strategies.
  • Turn insights into action by analysing performance data and driving improvements.
  • Collaborate across teams (Helpdesk, Technical Services, Compliance) for seamless service.
  • Resolve challenges fast, ensuring venues get the support they need.
  • Advocate for customers internally to shape better products and experiences.
  • Keep compliance front and centre, supporting responsible gambling and regulatory standards.
  • Represent MAX at industry events and networking forums.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven success in business development, account management, or sales ideally in gaming or hospitality.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation and customer retention.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a regional portfolio. 
  • Experience thriving in a highly regulated environment.
