As a Key Partnership Manager, you’ll be the strategic partner for our most important venues clubs, hospitality groups, and key accounts. Your mission? Build trust, drive growth, and deliver solutions that keep our partners ahead in a competitive market. You’ll combine commercial acumen with deep industry insight to create long-term value and exceptional experiences.

What you’ll do

  • Be the go-to advisor for key venue partners, owning relationships end-to-end.
  • Build influence with decision-makers and stakeholders through trust and expertise.
  • Align solutions to strategy, ensuring customer goals and MAX offerings work hand-in-hand.
  • Drive growth by identifying opportunities and executing account plans that deliver results.
  • Lead negotiations and renewals, securing commercial terms that benefit both sides.
  • Represent MAX at industry events and award nights, be the face of partnership excellence.
  • Collaborate across teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Turn feedback into innovation, shaping products and services that meet evolving needs.
  • Stay ahead of the game with insights on trends, tech, and competitive dynamics.
  • Leverage data to spot opportunities, mitigate risks, and track performance.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to forecasting with precision.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years in relationship management, account management, or B2B sales.
  • Proven experience in Gaming or Hospitality, you know the industry inside out.
  • Strong commercial acumen and sound judgment.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, especially in complex contracts.
  • Ability to influence at all levels, from CEOs to venue managers.
  • Professional communication and presentation skills that command attention.
  • A track record of managing complex stakeholder environments with confidence.
