The Opportunity

Step into a role where your leadership and delivery discipline directly strengthen Tabcorp’s regulatory capability and compliance outcomes. As Project Manager – Regulatory, you’ll sit within our Regulatory PMO & Remediation function, leading high-impact remediation and regulatory uplift programs that support safer gambling outcomes and strengthen enterprise-wide regulatory maturity. This role sits at the centre of meaningful change — partnering across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology and Operations to translate regulatory requirements into practical, sustainable business outcomes.

You will:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory projects, ensuring milestones, scope, quality and timelines are met
• Translate regulatory obligations into structured deliverables, evidence requirements and sustainable outcomes
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Customer, Product, Technology and Operations
• Create and maintain core project artefacts including plans, schedules, RAID logs and dependencies
• Provide executive-ready reporting and escalate material risks and issues with sound judgement
• Support BAU handover, process uplift, training inputs and operational readiness

What You’ll Bring

You’re a confident delivery professional who’s comfortable operating in regulated environments and accountable delivery settings. You bring structure to complexity, work well with senior stakeholders, and translate regulatory expectations into practical, workable outcomes for the business.

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in highly regulated environments
• Experience supporting regulatory remediation and compliance uplift
• Strong delivery discipline across planning, execution, RAID management and governance
• Ability to operate in matrixed environments and manage cross-functional dependencies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive-ready reporting
• High attention to detail with a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset
• Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP or Agile)
