Your role

Reporting to the Operation Support Lead within our digital operations team, you will play a key role in supporting and elevating the performance of our digital products and platforms. You will be responsible for:

• Providing support for applications, ancillary software and hardware, and emerging technology initiatives across the wagering and media business.
• Support digital applications to maintain reliable performance across platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across software, hardware and tools.
• Collaborate with teams to uplift new technology initiatives as they emerge.
• Optimise processes to improve system stability and user experience.
• Contribute insights that shape future technology enhancements.
