As part of our broadcast team, you will help ensure every moment reaches audiences across Australia with clarity, precision and impact.

How you'll be part of the action

In this role, reporting to the Director Lead, you will guide high-quality broadcast delivery across live racing, studio shows and outside broadcasts. You will support the team operationally and act as a key point of contact. This role works flexibly across a 24-hour roster to keep our coverage moving around the clock.

• Lead live and studio broadcast operations to deliver seamless coverage
• Drive smooth control room performance across audio, vision and feeds
• Create clear communication channels with technical and production teams
• Optimise team focus to meet broadcast and editorial standards
• Ensure all scheduled racing content is delivered accurately and on time
• Organise and prepare materials required for live and recorded broadcasts

What you'll need to succeed

You bring calm confidence, technical depth and a passion for live broadcast. You thrive under pressure, make sound decisions quickly and know how to guide a team through fast-moving environments.

• Experienced in live television and multi-camera broadcast environments
• Proven ability to coordinate complex studio and outside broadcasts
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Significant experience with television systems and technical equipment
• Ability to lead with clarity, inclusiveness and sound judgement
