Your role, your impact

As a Contract Business Process Analyst, you will report to a senior leader within MAX and work closely with business and technology teams. You will play a key role in translating business needs into clear, practical process and solution designs, with a strong focus on process modelling and continuous improvement. Your contribution will directly support smarter decisions and better outcomes across our operations.

  • Lead discovery to build a clear understanding of business needs and priorities.
  • Create clear, concise process models and requirements for diverse stakeholders.
  • Drive practical solutions to business and technical challenges.
  • Optimise ways of working through agility and continuous improvement.
  • Support design and delivery through proactive consulting and advice.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a confident, collaborative analyst who brings strong process modelling capability and a consulting mindset. You are comfortable working in complex environments, can connect the dots quickly, and enjoy partnering with others to turn ideas into outcomes.

  • Experienced in business process analysis, including end to end requirements and process modelling.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into practical, well designed solutions.
  • Strong capability delivering outcomes across the full project lifecycle in complex environments.
  • Confidence working across business and technology teams, building trusted relationships.
  • Demonstrated commitment to agile ways of working, continuous improvement, and modern delivery practices.
