As Content Executive with TAB, you’ll play a key role in shaping accurate, engaging content that connects customers across digital channels. This role exists to keep content moving at pace while maintaining the high standards expected in a regulated environment. It’s an opportunity to influence how TAB shows up every day, working alongside creative, marketing and brand teams across the business.
Your role, your impact
Reporting to the Senior Content Manager, and working closely with the Content Managers, Brand, Social, CRM, Product, Retail, Sponsorship and Design Studio teams, the Content Executive ensures content is delivered on time, on-brand, fit-for-channel and compliant.
The role is ideal for someone who understands sport, racing, social media and Australian punter culture, with strong production skills, attention to detail and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Specifically, you will;
Plan and coordinate engaging content across social, digital, and owned channels.
Drive content execution around key sport, racing, cultural and promotional moments.
Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and campaign asset delivery.
Publish, optimise and monitor content performance across multiple platforms.
Support marketing campaigns, sponsorship activations, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
Collaborate with creative, production, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content.
Identify new content opportunities through audience insights, trends, and live conversations.
Ensure all content meets brand, legal, compliance and responsible gambling requirements.
Your game changing qualities
You’re organised, detail-focused, and confident working with a broad mix of stakeholders. You balance creativity with compliance and can confidently challenge ideas when needed while maintaining strong relationships.
Experience in content, social media, marketing, communications, media or digital roles with the ability to create content across social, app, website
Strong copywriting, editing, and production skills.
Good understanding of Australian sport, racing, wagering and social media culture.
Strong attention to detail, especially with offers, terms, and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Confidence working with internal stakeholders, designers and production partners.
Understanding of content performance metrics and social platform trends.
Ability to work quickly in a fast-moving environment.
Experience in a regulated category would be advantageous but is not essential.
