We're looking for a Customer Engagement Ambassador to join our Brisbane team and build lasting relationships with a portfolio of high-value TAB customers. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales, account management or business development professional who is looking to take the next step in their career.

You'll combine your commercial acumen, relationship-building skills and passion for sport to create memorable customer experiences, drive loyalty and identify opportunities to grow customer value. How you'll be part of the action

You will manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customers through proactive relationship management, tailored engagement strategies and exclusive experiences that drive loyalty and long-term value.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll use customer insights, market knowledge and strong relationship-building skills to enhance engagement, strengthen retention and support business growth, while ensuring all interactions align with responsible gambling and compliance requirements.

In this role, you'll:

• Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of high-value customers
• Deliver personalised service through exclusive experiences, events and offers
• Identify opportunities to grow customer value, engagement and loyalty
• Execute customer retention, engagement and reactivation initiatives
• Use customer insights and feedback to enhance products, services and experiences
• Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviours and preferences to drive commercial outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and consistent customer experiences
• Represent TAB at events and customer activations across the region

Your game changing qualities

You're a commercially minded relationship builder who is passionate about sport and enjoys creating meaningful customer connections. You bring energy, professionalism and a genuine desire to deliver results.

Whether your experience comes from sales, business development, account management, partnerships or customer engagement, you'll have a proven ability to build strong relationships and identify opportunities that create value.

You'll bring:

• Experience in sales, business development, account management, partnerships or customer engagement
• A proven track record of building relationships and influencing customer behaviour
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A passion for sport and an understanding of the Australian sporting landscape
• The ability to strategically manage a large customer portfolio and prioritise engagement activities
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster across a 7-day schedule
• Willingness to travel and attend customer events outside standard business hours when required
• Knowledge of wagering products, racing and major sporting codes will be advantageous
