As an Oncourse Casual Lead, you will be at the heart of the action, delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting smooth and efficient oncourse operations. How you'll be part of the action 

Reporting to the Oncourse Regional Manager, this casual leadership role combines customer service excellence with operational oversight. You will support race day teams, lead casual team members and help ensure every customer enjoys a seamless TAB experience. On average, you will need to be available for 2 shifts per week, including weekdays. 

• Lead casual team members to deliver exceptional race day service. 
• Drive accurate and efficient processing of customer betting transactions. 
• Support cash management, float allocation and financial reconciliations. 
• Coordinate oncourse equipment readiness and operational requirements. 
• Provide product information, promotions and customer support confidently. 
• Ensure compliance requirements are followed across all race day activities.

• Experienced in delivering outstanding customer service and building rapport.

• Ability to learn new systems, technology and operational processes. 
• Strong communication skills with customers, colleagues and stakeholders. 
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in dynamic environments.
