About the Role
As a Senior Analyst - Wagering Partnerships, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Wagering Partnerships team. Bringing an interest and understanding of the sector, you’ll deliver commercial insights, market analysis, build models and develop presentations to support the strategy and growth of Tabcorp’s wagering business, both in Australia and globally.
Your work will help shape market strategies, develop new markets and B2B products, and strengthen Tabcorp’s position in the international wagering landscape.

What you’ll do

Key Accountabilities:

  • Analyse the competitive landscape to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Conduct market and performance analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Evaluate Racefields and Product Fees to ensure market sustainability and support Tabcorp’s position.
  • Assess revenue, cost, and profitability trends across products, services, and customer segments, including PGI and SKY Racing World.
  • Prepare and present commercial performance reports and dashboards for the Wagering Partnerships team and CWO.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Media team to develop strategies, identify target markets, and optimise distribution channels.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of commercial and investment strategies.
  • Monitor revenue data, market trends, and partner feedback to generate actionable insights.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation.

What you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar analytical role in a relevant or related sector, with strong skills in financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting automation.
  • Knowledge or interest in wagering, racing or sports markets.
  • A critical and analytical mindset, with the ability to challenge assumptions and uncover new insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A growth-focused, entrepreneurial approach to identifying and driving new opportunities.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
