What you’ll do 

As a key member of our Marketing team, you’ll bring our iconic brands to life and deliver unforgettable customer experiences. This is your opportunity to align creative performance with commercial impact—driving data-led decisions, campaign excellence, and strategic execution across design and digital marketing.

You’ll also play a pivotal role as a local leader in the Sydney office for the marketing team, helping to shape a vibrant, connected culture and fostering strong team engagement on the ground.

  • Lead the strategic planning, performance optimisation, and operational execution of design and digital marketing across Wagering.
  • Define and implement KPIs and OKRs to measure campaign effectiveness, creative impact and customer engagement.
  • Deliver and execute a data-informed digital marketing strategy and roadmap that enhances brand visibility and performance.
  • Lead regular performance reviews and creative retrospectives to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Establishing operating rhythms that align cross-functional teams and drive campaign delivery excellence.
  • Championing collaboration across marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution across all channels.

What you’ll bring

  • A passion for creating outstanding customer experiences and lifting creative performance.
  • A track record of driving commercial results through digital and data-led marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM, analytics and tracking tools (e.g. Salesforce, Google Analytics, Telium, DoubleClick).
  • Advanced ability to define and deliver on KPIs and OKRs.
  • Exceptional organisational, collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to lead teams through complexity and change.
  • Tertiary qualifications in digital technologies, commerce, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of senior leadership in digital marketing or new media, with experience across domestic and/or international markets.
