Your role, your impact 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Technology & Insights, you will transform people data into meaningful insights that support leaders, inform strategy and strengthen workforce decision making across Tabcorp. 

Specifically, you will; 

• Develop workforce reporting, dashboards and people analytics insights 

• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements 

• Build reporting solutions across People and business systems 

• Analyse trends, exceptions and data quality opportunities 

• Support executive, board, audit and external reporting needs 

• Drive automation and continuous reporting improvements 

What you will need to succeed 

You bring strong analytical capability, a genuine improvement mindset, and the confidence to challenge assumptions through data. Most importantly, you are curious, proactive, and motivated by finding better ways of working. 

You'll bring; 

• Experience working with workforce and people data, ideally 

• Strong capability using analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Oracle Fusion FAIDP) 

• Experience within large and complex organisations preferred 

• Knowledge of Oracle, Oracle Fusion or SQL advantageous 

• Proven ability improving processes and reporting outcomes 

• Strong judgement handling confidential employee information
