Your opportunity 

This is a part-time position, working across 3 days a week. 

Looking for a role where you can help keep learning moving across a national organisation? At Tabcorp, we're investing in leadership, capability and workforce development, and great learning experiences rely on strong coordination behind the scenes. You'll play an important role in connecting people, programs and data, helping ensure learning initiatives run smoothly while contributing to the continuous improvement of learning resources and experiences across the business. 

Your role, your impact 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Organisational Development, you'll provide the operational foundation that supports learning, leadership and capability initiatives across Tabcorp. You'll coordinate learning activities, maintain critical learning data and systems, and help create a seamless experience for learners and stakeholders.  

Specifically, you will; 

  • Coordinate learning calendars, schedules and program logistics 

  • Manage enrolments, attendance tracking and learner communications 

  • Maintain learning records, systems and program documentation 

  • Produce reporting, dashboards and workforce capability insights 

  • Support compliance training and cyclical learning activities 

  • Assist with updating learning materials and learning resources 

What you'll need to succeed 

You'll be organised, proactive and detail-focused, with a genuine interest in learning and capability development. You enjoy bringing structure to busy environments, building positive relationships and ensuring people have a great experience from start to finish. 

  • Experienced in learning coordination, administration or operations 

  • Strong capability in reporting, data management and analysis 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously 

  • Experience using learning systems or similar platforms 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder support skills 

  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
