We’re looking for a competent, commercially curious and analytical professional to join our Capital Markets team as an Analyst, to help play a key role in helping shape our strategy and how we engage with the investment community.

Reporting to the Head of Capital Markets, you’ll be supported to grow while contributing to real commercial outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Undertake financial modelling and valuation work related to M&A, capital markets activity, and strategic opportunities
• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence coordination and deal documentation
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and market updates for senior executives, the Board, and investors
• Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and investor sentiment
• Contribute to the development of investor materials and assist with investor events and announcements

What you’ll bring

An analytical & commercial mindset, with experience in financial markets, and an interest in strategy. This will be backed up with:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant environment, across corporate finance, professional services or consulting.
• Demonstrated capability in financial modelling, valuation, and supporting M&A
• Ability to distil complex information into clear, compelling insights
• A strong interest in capital markets and corporate strategy
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
