As an Oncourse Customer Service Operator, you'll help create memorable customer experiences by delivering friendly, accurate and efficient service at racing events. Joining a passionate oncourse team, you'll play an important role in helping customers enjoy every moment while representing one of Australia's most recognised betting brands.

Your role

You'll be at the forefront of the customer experience, providing betting services, product information and support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Deliver accurate betting transactions with speed and attention to detail
• Provide friendly customer service across racing and sports products
• Promote current oncourse and digital offers to customers
• Maintain compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
• Share race day information including events, conditions and bet types
• Support team success through collaboration, training and flexibility

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You bring a customer-first mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly while remaining calm and professional.
