The Engineering Wagering and Media team connects as a crucial interface with the W&M Technology teams to deliver technology capability on all products and services for the W&M business. The function brings value by ensuring technology outputs support business initiatives and understands and creates value with the products and services the business and external customers will consume.

What you’ll do

  • Provide operational support for non-production environments.
  • Contributing to the ideation and discussions of the cloud platform features and be accountable for their successful implementation.
  • Work closely with the Engineering leads on defining the solution part of roadmap from the ideation to solutioning and support.
  • Building and maintaining new pipelines, scripting solutions, setting up or managing test / security / performanc tools.
  • Maintain the cloud infrastructure and monitoring the platform stability.
  • Ensure the delivery team can focus on customer focus solution, providing them with all the tools, environments and access.
  • Monitor and automatically alert when applications, platforms, products, and technology do not operate within their defined SLO / SLA, fail their quality test, breach their compliance or security policy, or exceed their budget.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years experience building or supporting complex, large-scale platforms.
  • 1+ years development and operations experience for applications and infrastructure.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Agile methodologies preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering incremental value at scale in multi-team environments.
  • Experience using Cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and monitoring tools such as NewRelic
  • Successful delivery of a large, complex program.
  • Strong background in deploying systems and change programs to support business strategy.
  • Extensive knowledge of continuous integration and delivery.
