How you'll be part of the action

Reporting to the People & Culture Operations Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting HR processes and ensuring accuracy across systems. You’ll work closely with our People & Culture team, people leaders and employees across the organisation, gaining hands-on experience and expanding your knowledge. Your work will help create a smooth experience for our employees and partners.

• Process employee data and maintain accurate records across systems
• Support payroll and HR administration with precision and timeliness
• Assist our employees responding to general queries and providing helpful, customer-focused support
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and workflows
• Learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technology tools
