As a Retail Testing and Monitoring Advisor, you’ll help ensure our retail and on-course operations operate to the highest standards, protecting customers, partners, and the brand.

YOUR ROLE IN ACTION
Reporting to the Team Leader, Retail Testing and Monitoring, this role focuses on assessing compliance across Tabcorp’s retail and on-course environments. You’ll work independently in the field while collaborating closely with investigations and internal stakeholders to drive strong compliance outcomes.
• Conduct proactive and reactive testing across retail and on-course venues
• Assess compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations
• Prepare clear reports outlining findings, risks, and required follow-up actions
• Review cash handling, security controls, and settlement processes
• Identify irregularities using risk-based monitoring approaches
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
You’re someone who values integrity, consistency, and fairness. You’re comfortable working autonomously, confident in challenging situations, and skilled at identifying issues before they become bigger problems.
• Proven capability working in regulated or compliance-focused environments
• Strong numerical skills, including cash reconciliation and review processes
• Ability to assess compliance independently and apply sound judgement
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings
• Strong attention to detail with an investigative mindset
• Confidence managing sensitive or confrontational situations calmly
