As part of our People and Culture partnering team, you will work side by side with senior leaders to turn people strategy into day to day impact, creating experiences that help our people and our business perform at their best.

How you'll be part of the action

Reporting to the Head of Partnering, this is a senior, hands on People Partner role with real influence. You will be a trusted adviser to leaders, helping shape portfolios through thoughtful people strategies, strong relationships, and practical delivery that makes a difference on the ground.

• Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver impactful people strategies
• Influence contemporary people practices across portfolios with confidence and credibility
• Lead change initiatives with discipline, care, and a focus on readiness
• Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and future capability needs
• Coach and support leaders to build strong, engaged, high performing teams
• Collaborate with specialist teams to embed people initiatives through portfolios

What you'll need to succeed

You are an experienced People Partner who brings strong judgement, warmth, and confidence to every interaction. Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders, you balance commercial understanding with a genuine care for people, and you know how to turn insight into action.

• Significant experience partnering with leaders in complex, fast paced environments
• Exceptional stakeholder management and people partnering capability
• Proven ability to lead and influence change across diverse groups
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and employee relations practices
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical people priorities
• Confident communicator who builds trust and strong working relationships
