How you'll be part of the action
Reporting to the Head of Partnering, this is a senior, hands on People Partner role with real influence. You will be a trusted adviser to leaders, helping shape portfolios through thoughtful people strategies, strong relationships, and practical delivery that makes a difference on the ground.
What you'll need to succeed
You are an experienced People Partner who brings strong judgement, warmth, and confidence to every interaction. Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders, you balance commercial understanding with a genuine care for people, and you know how to turn insight into action.
