We're seeking a dynamic Sport Producer Editor to take content creation at Tabcorp to the next level. Blend your editorial expertise, love of the sports industry, and video production skills to craft compelling content across platforms.

What you’ll do 

  • Maintain top-tier production standards, exceeding benchmarks.
  • Regularly review and enhance content for quality improvement.
  • Develop and produce diverse digital content for websites, social media, blogs, podcasts, newsletters, and more.
  • Manage content across platforms, ensuring timely publication and quality adherence.
  • Optimize content for engagement metrics, proposing enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion within deadlines and budget.
  • Foster audience engagement by crafting resonant content.
  • Analyse data to measure campaign effectiveness, providing strategic insights.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and technologies, incorporating them into content strategies.
  • Become the go-to expert in sports content creation, representing our team internally and externally.
  • Possess deep understanding of video production techniques and relevant technologies, staying abreast of advancements.
  • This position requires availability for work on public holidays and weekends.

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years experience in digital content production, preferably in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and digital analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with video and audio production and editing software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven experience in content production or project management.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to project manage sporting talent.
