As a Team Coordinator, (General Manager), your role is to become an integral part of the team, providing support for the efficient day-to-day operation to three General Managers. 

In addition, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the General Managers being supported through timely and accurate diary and expense management, vendor and supplier invoice approvals, and preparation for meetings.
  • Assist in organising team meetings and events as required.
  • Travel coordination for GMs and ensuring well briefed and organised.
  • Effective management of calendars in relation to scheduled meetings and appointments (internal and external).
  • Onsite support for external guest greetings.
  • Ensuring GMs meet key deadlines for the CCO, ELT and Board.
  • Support the GMs in following teams up on eLearning, annual leave and other company or team requirements.
  • Support team members’ onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain strictest confidentiality on all matters.
  • Contribute to the EA/team coordinator culture across the company.

  • Top-tier administrative support to multiple senior leaders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, exercising discretion and tact.
  • Managing conflicting demands, prioritizing tasks and rescheduling appointments.
  • The ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle heavy workloads under pressure.
  • Work independently and collaboratively, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
